There are so many great books that help me get through my day and navigate the tricky and complex relationships in my life. I haven’t read every single book on this list but I’ve read 80%, and the other are on my wish list or sitting on my kindle waiting to be read.

I’m a big fan of and have had a subscription for several years. If you don’t have time to read but need to shift your thoughts, distract yourself, give yourself new ideas and hope, I strongly recommend checking out the Audible version of the books mentioned here. It’s been a life saver for me. I listen while doing housework, driving, working out, walking, and even as a drift off to sleep. :-)
